Eggless Mango Ice Cream Recipe (Only 3 Ingredients)

Mango is definitely one of the most loved fruits. Mango ice cream is a very popular dessert which people love eating especially in summers. People often think that preparing ice creams at home is a big task. However, in reality, it is not, especially when mango ice cream can be prepared using just three ingredients.

Ingredients for Mango Ice Cream Recipe:

Whipped Cream 500 ml

Mango 1 KG (or 800 grams mango puree)

1 tin condensed milk

Preparation Method-

The first step is to whip the cream until you get a perfect thick consistency. To achieve that you need to take very cold and chilled cream. In case chilled cream is not unavailable, take some ice cubes in a bowl and then whip the cream. Now, add in the condensed milk.

You don’t need to sugar in this recipe because condensed milk in itself is very sweet. Now mix the cream and condensed milk well and keep the mixture in the refrigerator for some time. Meanwhile, you need to prepare the puree out of mangoes. To prepare the puree, peel all the mangoes and blend it in a mixture grinder. Also, keep some small pieces of mango separately.

The next step is to add 2-3 drops of vanilla essence in the cream and condensed milk mixture. Adding vanilla essence is completely optional. With that add in the mango pulp and mix it well. You can also add a few drops of yellow food color if you feel that the color is light. This is also optional.

Finally, pour the mixture in an air tight container and put the mango chunks on the top. Close the lid and put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours.  In every 1 hour, stir the mixture once with a fork so that ice crystals are not formed.

Your Mango Ice Cream is ready to be served.
